Mobile Series Heat Exchangers & Fluid Conditioners

Allied Fluid Conditioners offers its AM Mobile heat exchanger series for applications such as cooling of lube, engine, and hydraulic oil.

Each heat exchanger utilizes a high quality compact aluminum core. The flat tube design with internal turbulators markedly improves oil-side heat transfer characteristics over traditional fin and tube exchangers.

On a unit weight basis, the aluminum core provides more heat transfer than either steel or copper. Thus, these cores are both smaller, and lighter, than a traditional heat exchanger for any given quantity of heat rejection.

These exchangers are rugged and suitable for demanding off-highway applications.

Each heat exchangercomes complete with an aluminum core, a powder coated heavy-duty steel air handling plenum, and a durable IP 68 rated 12 or 24 VDC fan. All mounting hardware is stainless steel.

Temperature switches and heat exchanger bypass blocks are available as options.
